If your country has this (✔) mark next to the EMS or Parcel Air column, then shipping is available to your country via Japan Post and you can proceed with the purchasing.

If the (✔) mark is not present then probably only the surface (by sea) service is provided at the moment.

Please contact us first if you want to purchase a print from a country which only provides surface service.

Refund

We offer a 14 days refund & changes policy that must meet the following criteria:


  • Any request must be made within 14 days after the item has been delivered to you.
  • We ask you to provide a receipt or a proof of purchase with your request.
  • The item has to be returned in its original packaging and condition.
  • Returning fees are on the buyers
